Controller

The GDPR controller is listed in the imprint.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps (Microsoft Corporation). Technical connection data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) is transmitted to deliver the site. The operator does not persist this data.

Chat

When you use the chat feature, your questions are sent to our backend (Azure Functions) and from there to Azure AI Foundry (Microsoft) to generate an answer based on our published blog articles. Chat transcripts are processed only per-session and automatically deleted after 24 hours at the latest. IP addresses are hashed and used solely for abuse prevention (rate limiting).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional, abuse-safe website).

Logs / analytics

We use Azure Application Insights for error diagnostics. IP addresses are processed pseudonymously, no cross-site tracking is performed.
